This time we asked to photograph Misawa standing-only noodle restaurant in Shibuya.
This standing noodle restaurant attracts regular customers in the morning and at night for drinks and soba, and workers in the neighborhood come for lunch in search of soba.
It is a popular restaurant where an energetic and affable old lady serves soba at lunchtime.
*The grandmother makes her appearance at around 18 minutes and 20 seconds.
The tempura and kakiage are all crispy.
Everything is handmade, the prices are quite inexpensive, and everything tastes delicious and gentle.
Since this used to be a convenience store, there were sweets and canned food in the store, and there were many regulars who put them in their soba.
I also tried putting canned food in my soba, and it went surprisingly well with it (I haven't had canned yakitori in a while).
