Sold my spring calves this week here in Middle Tn. The black hided calves did great, but it ticks me off how the dock the ones with some color or touch of ear. enjoyed the channel as always

Not beef cattle. They are usually just starting a herd or looking to expand their herd and need a few more mamas. Some will expand by keeping their own heifers back, but just depends on lots of factors.

Still scratching my head on the fat jokes Bobby Lee. Especially on line. You can be talking to people with the same values as you do. Nicest people around, then you throw those jokes in, it isn’t taking offense at them, they just realized what you think of them. I see what you’re saying, but calling a cow fat shouldn’t offend/trigger anyone. Calling a fat cow fat is simply stating a fact. I’d also argue that anyone self conscious about their weight should attack that problem. I’ve had to make lifestyle/diet changes myself, and I’ve lost significant weight as a result. We lack discipline and accountability as a society.

There are things personally going one in the persons life that makes it difficult to loose weight. But I don’t want to get into an argument or anything like that.
