God called me to withdraw from one form of ministry and gave me another to embrace. Thank you for these daily reflections, Mr. Kelly. I listen to them at dinner with our boys. God bless you and your family!

"...lest they should crush him..." Jesus entrusts his safety to his beloved disciples (to have a boat ready), while at the same time withdrawing from the world so that it doesn't crush him. This is a delicate balance that I struggle with. I pray for wisdom and prudence to know how and when to lean on others - to trust and allow myself to be vulnerable.

Please pray for my wife and I as we journey to Georgia for the, No Regrets and Fourth Stage of Your Life retreat for 69-80 year Olds. I'm trying to figure out how I made it this far 😮😂😂 Praise God Almighty

We are living in a time when most Catholics are content watching. We need involved Catholics. To practice the Corporal and Spiritual works of Mercy. To withdraw is sending people the wrong message. There is a time for prayers but a time for doing God's work in a wounded world.
