And yes, I am aware that the arm is on the WRONG side. I Noticed this after the fact that I Completed IT.
🌟Some images do not have measurements because it is meant to give you a general idea of how to make it a custom fit for yourself.
In this video is a series of pictures of the process of how I made my Withered Bonnie cosplay

Head: (I used a hardhat as my base) cardboard, 2mm. craft foam, LED lights, 1/2in. or 1in. thick foam(normally at Hobby lobby), pvc pipe or wooden dowels(whichever works best), wire or springs(to attach jaw), purple felt, black spray paint

I used a piece of cardboard, then used hot glue to make the bolt like shapes. I then painted it silver and added details as needed

this is practicly a springlock costume because the cardboard can gain black mold and suffocate you not to mention it will also suffocate you if theres a rain on it so i suggest put this one in the garbage and make a new one out of foam...

I really like this cosplay, it looks pretty realistic! Just a heads-up, be careful with wearing the cardboard in the head, it can mold and become toxic. But anyways, you did a really great job!

Absolutely, the way I made this was that I measured pieces of foam around me But around the time I made this I was around that size. You can always make it big and size it down until it fits your size. Thank you! 😁👍

Generally, for the head you make the base out of cardboard and add a layer of foam. With the jaw you do the same thing(but you make holes where you want the hinges). Then cover the foam with felt. For the teeth, I cut out pieces of for and painted them white.

For the body, cut foam into the basic dimensions of your figure, but add an extra inch or two so that there is some room to fit your left arm. Then cover the foam with felt.

For the right arms and legs, measure the length of your arm/legs (not counting the joint) cut the measurements on foam and cover with felt.

The feet can be optional, I did me own version of them, but you can just use a shoebox.

How do put in the inner head

Take a piece of cardboard and cut it to the width of the inner head. Cut that piece in half and on each half put a piece of velcro on it (the other piece of velcro will be on top of the helmet). Then just glue the cardboard in place and stick the helmet to it.
