Group 1 here: this is kind of insane, but I litterally just moved to another place in the same area in may of this year because of (in my case) things that were happening in my previous house affecting my mental health really horribly. I had to seek out psychological help because I felt like I was drowning in my own emotions, but soon discovered that treatment wouldn't be effective if I kept living there.
