Fell in love with this song last year (2019). My choir was supposed to perform this in May 2020 but the pandemic cancelled it. I had auditioned for the lead just before that, I know I would have gotten it and rocked it. I love rock operas.

It's not a very original song composition wise, but there are some very excellent harmonic minor chord progressions in here.. No wonder these are used this often, because they're really quite beautiful. I also really like Sharon's voice a the chorus parts: some very nice piercing vocals there! The 'close hamony'-choir like bridge part is also pretty amazing if you ask me 👍

A bunch of the words in this song were already in my English vocabulary when this song came out and I never understood a word she sang. Never could I understand more than a couple of words until I read the text. Strange. Especially her pronounciation of birds and butterflies sounds strange. It's about a country named Moralia, where a purposive nuclear explosion occurs and annihilates all poor people. 9 people survive unexpectedly.The military trains them like hell for 6 years and then they head to their mission of finding the 7 legend objects that gain absolute power, all for the King, but they eventually stand against the goverment:) The character this song reminds me of is the only girl in the team, who has the power to control the earth..The other have similar powers as well :P

They are trully masterpiece of this huge genre called mangas. They have been played dubbed on american TV and others, but their japanese version is far to great (you can even find it online). I want to finish it and then go to a publisher, just to hear their opinion. If they like it, I would ask them to publish it:)

I would love to read your version! It sounds great! I plan to add a lot of political, cultural and ethical elements in my story, too. One of the main characters is the one survivor of a tribe, which has many similarities with Indians, and his story is going to be awesome. My main influences were the animes Fullmetal Alchemist and One Piece, but also the book "Uglies" by Scott Westerfeld. I may have mixed up elements by other animes, but I can't remember them now :P

I personally don't think that it's necessary for people to have a ruler or rulers generally. All people born equal, and they have the right to live in this world. So why to consider some people "superiors" and even give them the authority to control our lives? So I'm trying to prove in the book that even if these nine people have special powers they're equal with everyone else. Of course there will be rules, but people themselves will make them, not any kind of goverment.
