@LEXSIXSIXSIX there have been many songs that have had the same corus as other songs or the same instrumentals as others, it happens all the time. most of the bands that use the instumentals have to pay to use them as a copy right so if anything WT probibly had to pay Chris Isaak who origianaly wrote wicked game and HIM probibly did the same thing as WT only they did a full cover.

Also using the term 'plagiarised' in relation to music is very questionable. How much of a song needs to be the same before it is 'plagiarised'? There's probably hundreds of songs that have the same cord structure as this song. The lyrics definitely aren't the same so no plagiarism there. Basically your argument is fundamentally flawed.
