This was the golden age of America. Railroads were in their prime, rail travel was luxurious and the best in the world. Life was more well lived, no technology, no phones. Today, in 2022, it’s sad how pathetic and mediocre this country has become.

I wish someone can find the original film or at least just a one generation copy of this film because the blurriness of this film caused by several generations of copies kills it (no shade on the uploader).☹

I have this movie on a VCR cassette. What I would like to know is why the NYC railroad did show this movie to their employees when it was first made in the late 1940s?

My guess is it was an orientation film for new employees.
