Love U Jared, if I was a single lady, this would not be a single man. Just saying. I'm a huge fan and I absolutely love being a fan of the try guys since Buzzfeed, watching everyone grow. EVERYONE, that's a part of the Try Guy's and their friend base. It's just awesome to know one day they will all be even bigger and we've been allowed to get to know them in such a ( real ) intimate way. It just feel as a fan that your more invested in the people you choose to spend your down time with. I'm very appreciative of thee ability to be a part of someone's showbizness life from the beginning or close enough to it. if yall are taking iron, avoid high doses of vitamin C cause then you wont absorb it well if at all! ❤ and if iron pills dont sit well, theres an iron fish that you can cook with to incorporate iron into your food ❤ love the poddy

Actually vitamin c helps with the absorption of iron, polyphenols (common in tea, coffee, wine, etc.) can block iron absorption. Doctors also recommend if you have to take long term iron supplements to take them every other day instead of everyday to help your body regulate better.
