Simple stupidity, lack of planning inexperienced among many other things. These guys killed the witnesses before taking any cash that's why they ended up with a dye pack. They stole their friends weapons which isn't too bright either. They lacked the awareness of knowing just walking into that bank they weren't going to a state jail you getting federal time which is more severe. Smh..
