Xaawa's mothertongue is somali, since maay technically isn't a language in itself. Secondly, the somali government fell BECAUSE of foreign intervention, and not because of their withdrawal. The US, for example, supported the dictator Siad Barre that lead Somalia to its destruction. Somalia was a free country before him and he was enabled by your country.
