Happy reset Sunday! Just checking in on how you are liking IIN. I’m at module 6 and love the lectures & science most of all. I’m finding it hard to stay focused on the core/essential coaching skills and I’m getting worried I won’t like the remainder of the course. Just curious if it gets more nutritional dense later on. No we are pretty alert and aware of where they are in our neighborhood. But unfortunately he can’t walk very far bc of his bad knees so he usually goes in the stroller on walks.
