Ah, so Vader was going to be a Borg. Edit: what if Gambit from Marvel was sent to Star Wars during the Clone Wars and became a DNA donor to Kamino just so he could get enough money to buy a ship to get home? His abilities would be an absolute boost to fighting droids. He could just run up and touch a droid causing it to fry its circuits and keep moving onto the next.
