Not always. The statement alone might be enough to warrant the acused of a crime to be convicted. If the witness statement is not enough for the courts to make a judgement on the case they will summon the witness to the court room to explain the events and confirm what you written on your statement.

What about ordered statement after the section37 report has been recieved courts asked both parties to write a statement on what disagree with the recommendations on the section37 report. And also what else is to be included is there any useful information online to help with doing these statements and what to include why contact isn't safe can evidence be included to show past contact is not safe which they want to happen what is best yo include and any websites to help with this please

Hi there love, can the investigating officer go on the verbal staitment from the hospital on what the medics got told by male 1. As it is not a formal police statement.... Or dose the investigating officer have to wait till male 1. sits a official police interview with an officer ether at the station or in front of 2 officers as iv been told if the investigation officer investigated the unofficial staitment and an investigation has taken place with forensics and phone Intel.... Can it be bad practice and is that conducted wrong as male 1. Did his staitment 7 weeks after what he told the Dr and medics at hospital..... If you could reply it would be very helpful. best advise a lawyer can give to a man from the start is not to bother. But they won't say this because they want the work even though they know what the outcome will be. A man un the UK should never pursue a family matter. It will save him money and all the distress.

The court have directed to do a schedule of no more than 6 allegations and a detailed statement, but they haven't specified how long the statement should be. This is for a hearing that I believe is to work out if a FFH will be needed. How long do you think is too long for the statement? With all the requisite template formatting, I can't edit it to less than 4 pages so far!! Thanks in advance
