Witnesses to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Bill and Gayle Newman were standing on Elm Street, just across Jean Hill and Mary Moorman. Lee Bowers was sitting in the signaltower behind the picket fence. Charles Brehm was standing beside Hill and Moorman and Emmett Hudson was standing on the stairs in front of the picket fence.

My mother, sister and I arrived behind the grassy knoll when a Dallas cop (without his cap which was unusual) came up to my mother, still in the car, and told her to "get the fuck out of here NOW and I won't ask you again". She told him to watch his mouth as there were kids in the car. We left and double parked on record street on the corner of the school book depository building. I got out and ran to see the President and turned away when he passed then I heard three shots, one, a short pause then two, one immediately after the other. I'm the nine year old kid in the orange shirt in the videos and stills standing on the corner of the school book depository. My mother had a nervous breakdown and was traumatized until the day she died thinking we were going to be murdered. Oswald was staying in my mothers good friend Mrs Grady's boarding house in Oak Cliff. We lived in Oak Cliff two blocks from where Officer Tippit was shot a few streets over from the Texas theater where Oswald was caught. My sister and I would go to that theater every Saturday afternoon.

@Phil Silverman Conspiracy peddlers claim that “the back” of Kennedy’s head (they seem to mean occipital bone) was blown out. It’s very necessary to say that the Z-film was faked to maintain their theory. And in turn, it’s necessary to say that the autopsy photos and x-rays were also faked. Both Nix and Muchmore films show the main axis of brain matter blown out of Kennedy’s head was upward and forward, clearly indicating a shot from the rear. Are both Nix and Muchmore faked too? That line of thinking shows how, once you start claiming alternations, you have to reject more and more evidence in order to maintain your alterationist position. Eventually, everything is faked and forged, and reality merges into one mega comic book.
@stddisclaimer8020
@stddisclaimer8020 3 жыл бұрын
@Phil Silverman Your comment is recycled garbage. The high estimate is 11.2 seconds; there were never two kinds of bullets, nor any shots from the front. The physical, medical, ballistic and photographic evidence contradicts those "theories."

@@dustindavis1574 Same, I wasn't near being born yet, but yet I feel as though I know who's responsible. It's easy to see between the lies and confusion they've put out. Mr Bowers death by car crash, has an unfortunate date too, relating to the thirty threes and he had the number right of the shots. Though I think a fourth was a diversion. All these men and the triple overpass workers, all saw the smoke and none stutter when recalling the events. Yet none but one had his statement used in the Warren report. And his was used in reverse, telling him he saw black not white as he stated. All designed to confuse ppl following the details. A masonic gave the order.

What people HEARD does not matter in the least. There is such a thing as a silencer!!! One of the rifles from behind was NOT silenced so people 'heard' shots from the rear. The rest, except the 30.06 or 30.30 that hit him with a frangible round from the front, were silenced. Shots hit the inside of the windshield frame of the limo and the windshield itself, the pavement, the grass, and even the curb all the way down at the triple underpass. Three shots and one killer... no way in hell!!! What was important in this video was the man that heard two shots close together. A semi-automatic rifle... possible. A bolt-action... again no way in hell. How many shooters and how many rounds, we will never know. All I know is LBJ and the CIA and the Mob had the most to gain with JFK out of the picture.

There was the presence of mercury in JFK s head documented by one of the medical examiners this indicates the use of an "exploding bullet " as typically used by assassins and indeed was the signature of the Frenchman from Malta who is considered one of the primary suspects . Also i heard a Radio Interview with an 80 year old lady who claims to have witnessed Officer Tippet and several men in suits behind the Texas School Book Depository one of whom was carrying a Johnson Automatic Rifle, she positively identified it as definitley not an old bolt action rifle but a Johnson Automatic rifle with a scope. Then she said Tippet ordered her out of the vicinty. This was immediately after the shooting.

The Zapruder film recorded at an average rate of 18.3 frames per second, but because the camera was a wind-up camera, it unwound more slowly toward the end of the 26-second recording than at the beginning. Only one frame before the infamous "back and to the left" head shot, another shot hit JFK from behind, causing his head to jerk forward for a single frame. That means that two shots that struck JFK in the head were fired roughly 1/18th of a second apart. That's unmistakable proof that there were two or more assassins.

There were reports that a larger caliber low velocity silenced weapon was used after the turn on Elm Street, in which the first shot missed and may have hit the curb down under the overpass where Teague was standing. @@AmericanActionReport A experienced Mob hitman and his second shooter were to set up in the Del Tex bldg, 2nd floor, such that JFK 's back would be directly in close range when the limocsione start down Elm. Tje Mob guy over shot. Some one from the Book Depository was to shoot second, and that shot hit the traffic bar and may have hit down by a mancover, or bounced higgh off into the air. Therefore the low velliocity guy got busy, shooting JFK in his lower back, and steady reaiming for his full head. Someone from the Book Depository fired stiking the chrome bar on top of the car window cleanly, or made that hole through JFK's throat?This very perticular shot, could have come from the front, somewhere from the Triple Rail Over Pass. Regardless. The Mob shooter was locked in on JFK's head, and given how far they were down Elm they were down, it was time for everyone to unload, which he did. On his third shoot, it struct the back of the head briefly before the high velocity from temple shot came on target as well. The Harsh Rule, was that JFK was not to leave to alive from that location, and the cause of his death was to be the clearly completed head shots. More shoots could have been taken from the Depositoty, or from the Railicwe Bridge to assure that. The Police Officers, and the Secret Service man and the Car Driver all state they felt a fucelage of bullets.

The presidential limousine enters Elm Street and after a few meters the first shot is fired by Nicoletti who, together with Rosselli, was hiding in the Dal Tex Building. The first bullet misses the target and hits the sidewalk of the triple railroad crossing at the end of the square and a piece of shrapnel ends up in the face of James Tague, a passerby who was stopping there. The second bullet hits Kennedy in the throat, and as you can see in the footage the president brings his hands to his neck and Governor Connelly turns back to see what happened? The third bullet hits Connally who grimaces in pain as you can see in the film and he brings his right hand to his stomach because he feels an immediate pain and then the bullet goes through his right wrist and into his thigh. The fourth bullet hits Kennedy in the back of the head and the fifth bullet, fired by James Files half a second after the fourth shot splashes both the blood and Kennedy's head backwards, and the brain spill was due to the pressure of the fifth bullet which had made a hole the size of an apple in the back of Kennedy's head, witnessed by the photos of 14 people bringing their hand to the same spot on his head. Returning to Connally, who is the key to clarify the mystery, there is much to be said. 1) First of all, from the inclination at which Oswald would have been shooting, which was about 45 degrees, it would have hit only Kennedy and no one else, the bullet could not in any way take a deflection and then hit the governor. 2) When Kennedy is hit Connally turns back to look at what is happening and stays like that for about three seconds, the time to reload the shot in the rifle; if the governor had been hit by the magic bullet, at the same time as the president, he would have had the same reaction as Kennedy and would have had neither the way nor the strength to turn around and look back. 3) Governor Connally, when he is wounded, is still turned around and you can see a grimace of pain as I mentioned before and then he turns around again and collapses on his wife's legs. 4) In the film you can see how Connally bumps his head in front of the glass that separates him from the driver's and assistant's seats. 5) Do you know why Connally was hit? Because Kennedy was leaning over his wife's right shoulder, because by bending over he did not obstruct the trajectory of the third bullet that almost grazed him and hit the governor, and because the shot was fired by Nicoletti from the window of the Dal Tex Building and reached the governor, because Kennedy was leaning over his wife. Therefore, not only the first bullet that went empty reveals where the shot really came from, but also the one that hit Connally. Undisputable and real evidence, but unfortunately denied by many, including the Warren Commission who veiled so much evidence.

This testimony confirms what Mafia assassin James Files have been telling documentary makers since the 90's: he was positioned behind the fence on the grassy knoll and his boss, another assassin called Johnny Roselli, was in the Daltex building across the street and slightly behind the schoolbooks depo. Johnny planted the first shot, but missed the President's head and didn't kill him. James was ordered not to shoot until absolutely necessary, and both were instructed not to hurt Jackie...so James only fired one shot when he had his final opportunity to do so with Jackie still out of his line and the President not dead yet. He said he aimed for JFK's eye, but Johnny fired a nano second earlier, pushing JFK's head forward, so his bullet from the grassy knoll hit the temple. The reason JFK's head exploded was that his bullets had mercury in them. The report of the House investigation decades later confirmed that traces of mercury were found during the autopsy. James also said he'd left his calling card at the scene: the shell casing with his own teethmarks imprinted. That was found after the interview with James appeared on the internet, by two JFK sleuths who followed up on his claims, and searched the area. The CIA & Mafia were working closely those days with many mafiosi, including James, having CIA handlers. The CIA contracted the mafia for the hif on the President, and some members of the mafia actually flew to Dallas in a CIA plane. The CIA then decided at the last minute to call off the hit, but the mafia had their own beef with Kennedy and - with everything already neatly in place - decided to go ahead and kill him while they had the opportunity. James always said they would not have been informed whether there'd be other assassins on the scene and if Lee Harvey Oswald might also have been placed by the CIA (the two shared a CIA handler), but he was adament that Lee did not shoot anyone - the President or the cop. No gunshot residue was ever found on Lee, but the books got closed with him as the lone gunman after Jack Ruby - yet another CIA operative - shot and killed the man.

If Oswald acted alone, why did he not take his shots when he had the best angle...when the motorcade was on Houston coming directly at him in his position in the east corner window on the 6th floor. The limo was moving at a slower speed and was coming directly at him, so there would be no need to move the gun much at all if he needed to compensate for any missed shots. The limo had a hydrolic platform which had been raised, so Kennedy and Jackie were sitting higher than Connelly/his wife, and those in the front seat, so he had a clear shot. As an assassin, I would certainly take the high percentage shot, and not wait until the car turned onto Elm, thus having to deal with a car not only going away from me, but moving at an angle as it did, and a tree (according to the Warren commission, one of Oswald's shots was deflected by a tree). Additionally, with the limo on Houston in that car/gun position he could have set his gun up a several feet back from the window, thus eliminating the need to stick the gun out the window and avoid being seen, and any other awkward positioning. So the question is....why did he pass up a 'sure thing' and let the limo turn onto Elm, making it harder for him?? Oswald being an excellent marksman is not an answer. No matter how good you are, you don't pass up the high percentage shot unless there's a good reason not to take it. Also, fear of being seen is not a reason, because with the direct line of fire down Houston he could easily have set up several feet back from the window and avoid being seen.

If he opened fire when the limo was coming directly toward him on Elm, it would have been instantly obvious where the shooter was. Oswald was mad but he wasn't stupid.

I’ve heard the theory of the guy in the passenger seat in front of Kennedy firing the fatal shot. It would explain the trajectory, and the way Jackie climbs out is almost like she is trying to get away from him. I know she was said to be grabbing the chunk of his skull to try and save him, but the way the SS come from behind is almost like he’s trying to keep her from escaping. Again a theory, but seems plausible. I visited Dealey Plaza yesterday and it has the most unsettling feeling when you see how confined that location is on Elm Street. It had so many options for a shooter to hide. Seems like the last place you would want to parade the president in an open top car, if you were trying to protect him.

@@jonglewongle3438 Thank you... exactly what I say. A frangible from probably a 30.06 or 30.30 from the front. A standard rifle round does NOT produce that type of damage. And those calibers because they would be much easier for an assassin to manufacture a frangible round in. However, in my opinion, I think he was also hit from the rear a fraction of a second before the frangible. Hence the slight forward movement and forward blood spray, and then the jerk rearward and massive damage. Plus, what people 'heard' doesn't many any difference. All the rifles except the one up front (would not risk it with that type of round), and one in the rear so people 'heard' shots from that direction, were silenced. Rounds hit the top of the windshield frame of the limo plus the windshield itself, the pavement, the grass, and even the curb all the way down at the triple overpass. One from the rear could not fire that many rounds. And it would take too long to remove the silencer. Several rifles in the rear.

Given the trajectory of the kill-shot, and the timing of shots, I believe it was IMPOSSIBLE for Oswald to land that shot. *The bullet ENTERED and EXITED via either 1. Ballistically speaking, the Zapruder film supports your first point. Th bulkt entered from the front of JFKs head and exited to the rear. The kinetic energy due to the motion of impact, forcing his brain matter and blood in a backwards direction (i.e., to the back of his head), proves this. In view of the filmed physical evidence, there is no way that Harvey could've fired this shot as he was above and behind JFK at the time. But, as far as your second point goes, the bullet could not have entered from the back of JFK's head and have exited out of the front.👍

This scenario is probably taught to new hires in Secret Service 101, and if not it should be. Driving down such a small, tightly congested area of unsecured multiple floor commercial buildings, a railroad yard, and a triple overpass roadway is the perfect shooting gallery. There were 2 different holes in the limo (ie. windshield and window "A-frame"), a ricochet off the road and curb which cut young Mr. Tague's cheek, and a bullet which burrowed in the soil just under it's surface which was retrieved, not counting the bullets which hit JFK and Governor Connelly. I've always been amazed that with all the spectators and an open limo with 6 passengers in it that more people weren't killed or wounded.

That's how it's done with firing squads so that every shooter can rest easy knowing they may have not had the fatal shot, but in this case also know they could be guilty of murdering their president so they would keep their mouth shut. For an open space overlooked by raised vantage points was there no covering snipers to detect anything unusual? The assassination has always looked pre meditated and executed by more than one shooter. How can his brains land behind him if no shot was fired from the front? How is that possible? The grassy knoll was an ideal vantage point given the lack of security. I'd take that explanation.

2022: I never saw this video before but I only lately got interested in the Kennedy assassination and all sorts of stuff is being recommended to me by KZbin, so much so that I am overwhelmed. Something is very wrong about how this murder was handled by the Dallas police. The Warren Commission was a rush job that left many questions unanswered and more new ones. Something stinks here.
@jmflyer55
@jmflyer55 2 жыл бұрын
As you study this more, you'll really know what being "overwhelmed" means. There is so much to this fraudulent case it's staggering. From start to finish, it's filled with lie after lie, deception after deception, and intentional omissions of evidence, all perpetrated by the so called, "Highly distinguished Warren commission". And this is why there's almost an endless number of books written, by many very good assassination researchers over the last 60 years! IMO, the best way to start learning about all this, is to start at the beginning, and get a good foundation of what it's all about. For example, the beginning accusations against Oswald, and why he was suspected is a good place to start. Then listen to Mark Lane, almost immediately after it all happened, and his thoughts of it all being highly suspicious, and his MANY interviews with key witnesses. (A staggering number of them which were mysteriously murdered or suddenly decided to commit "suicide" just before they could testify in court!!) Mark Lane was a brilliant mind, and he had this case nailed almost immediately, WITHOUT having ANY of the facts that have come out since that we have today)... After you get a good understanding of all that, start digging into some of the facts about the Warren Commission. (The group of "highly distinguished" men assembled to conduct a "thorough investigation and conclusion", assembled by President Johnson. Learn of all their deceptions, and intentional omissions of important key evidence! Key evidence that clearly showed Lee Oswald could NOT have acted alone. Learn about Jack Ruby, and the lies about him to cover their asses, put out by many in law enforcement (Dallas police) & the Commission. Learn how Ruby was a friend of the Dallas police, and was intentionally let in the basement of the police station that day, while it was sealed off from allowing ANY of the public in. (Only police & media was allowed in, but the police let Ruby in, and Ruby shot Oswald on live television right in the middle of police surrounding him. Even hand cuffed to two officers, one of each side of Oswald! ... Okay, so after all if that, you'll have a VERY basic & limited understanding of what happened. BUT, keep in mind as you learn these things, focusing on this very small time frame (the very beginning), later on you'll come to learn that there's probably a HUNDRED rabbit holes to go down on each specific aspect of what you've learned! And each one of these "rabbit holes" will open up many new areas of research to dig into. These "rabbit holes" make up an almost never ending network of theories and countless new questions that will have you very confused if you don't stay somewhat focused!! Many of these rabbit holes lead to theories which are utter nonsense! While many others raise VERY important, possible scenarios to evaluate and ponder over. ... And really, that's the most difficult aspect of researching this case. There's SO many possible scenarios, and so many lies made by so called "credible individuals" at the time this took place, .... Well, you'll find out what I mean. The more you learn, the more questions you begin to have. And in closing this comment, because I do NOT want to write another book about this in a comment section, (lol) let me give you this one point of absolutely critical, (IMO) important advice. Since you're just starting out learning about this massive web of deceit, and have not yet built up a good basic knowledge & understanding of what even happened, one thing you should absolutely try NOT to do..... And that is to let yourself in your research, reading, watching videos etc etc., don't let yourself get pulled into any one single (conspiracy) theory, which is VERY easy to let happen! Don't misunderstand, I'm not saying "conspiracy theories" are bad, like our upside down world now days tries to paint them as. Especially since we all KNOW that the JFK assassination was undoubtedly a conspiracy. We know that. So, it's absolutely correct to call these theories, "conspiracy theories"!! Lol ... WhatI'm trying to say is this. SOME of the proposed theories that some people have come up with, and that you'll likely run across in your research, are absolutely ridiculous! However, at first they may sound very plausible, and will be equally interesting to read. But in the end, the theory itself is untrue, has been proven untrue, and simply could not have taken place as proposed. And I give you this warning simply because there's so MANY theories out there, that you could waste weeks, months, and even YEARS, reading all of them, and researching them all out. And it would be all for nothing, since they've been shown to be impossible to have occurred. So, don't let yourself get to far off on any of these wild tangents you'll come across in your studies/readings etc etc.. (One that quickly comes to mind, as a good example: The ridiculous theory and the "actual video & photographic evidence & proof" to support it, that JFK was shot by his secret service agent who was driving his limousine on that day. This is just one of a countless number of theories that are utter nonsense, and couldn't be any more WRONG!! And yes, you'll see and read where many people say this is what happened, or tell you, "Hey it's been proven, Kennedy's limo driver definitely shot Kennedy, you can even see it happen, and see the gun in pictures and video"!!! Again, this is absolutely WRONG. And there's a hundred others just like it, with many people supporting these theories because they have no idea what they're even talking about. So again, that's just one example, but so important that you don't fall into one of those "rabbit holes", then start yelling from the rooftops that IT is the truth!! Those unfortunate folks doing that, are the newbies who started researching, and before they acquired any basic understanding & knowledge of this tremendously huge case, they fell in one these endless rabbit holes I mentioned above, got focused into one wild theory, and because it WAS & IS interesting reading some of those, they were pulled in and never were able to escape that rabbit hole!! And now they live there, fully convinced THEIR rabbit hole is the truth, while all of us on top looking down into that hole, knows it leads nowhere and is a dead end with a ridiculous conclusion. So if you remember only a few things from this book length comment, try to remember THIS one, about not getting to involved at this stage, with any one single theory. You don't want to end up living in there next door to "limo driver was the shooter" guy!! Lol In closing, I hope you find something useful out if all this. And while it's perhaps a long comment for the average KZbin viewer, I can assure anyone, if they feel reading this comment is to tiresome for them to do, they might as well give up right NOW, any notion of reading the tens of thousands of official documents written in this investigation, and by others, which IMO are required reading to get a full understanding of this case and the subsequent non-official, follow up reports and investigations, that are actually MORE important, and MORE accurate than ANY report even written by the US government of this investigation. So, put your reading glasses on, get yourself nice & comfortable, and dig in and start reading from the beginning! Or, find yourself a high quality, at least semi-accurate documentary of the established case and Warren Commissions findings. Just remember basically all you see and read, will later be called into question and be discounted. Never the less, you've got to have that knowledge BEFORE you really start digging into the nitty-gritty. 🙂👍👍👍 Good luck!!

@@jmflyer55 I'm sure you are right but that is not what we want to hear. We want the truth and we do not have the ability toi become a researcher ourselves. I am speaking for some of us of course. We cannot examine all the theories and test them all against the evidence. It is beyond us. We are waiting for someone to bring it all together for us as we do with other events in history. We cannot become experts in everything all by ourselves. Let us have the facts. Juries in trials find the facts. In different jurist traditions, the facts are decided by judges. Historians tells us what really happened. It is not necessary to be satisfied by saying that there are contested theories, for example, about the Final Solution. We know what happened because historians have done their homework when the rest of us could not.
@jmflyer55
@jmflyer55 2 жыл бұрын
@@jean6872 I understand what you're saying, and to wait for "historians" to make final conclusions is what most do and will do. But on another note, we don't all have to be so called "experts" to come to sound conclusions ourselves. While some people feel they need a pat on the back and an approval by a historian, judge, or some other person representing themselves as "authorities" or "experts", we have access to most of the documents they have access to. We can sit down and read the 26 volumes of the Warren Commission, we can read all the testimony etc.. And when we do this, anyone with even an average intellect can immediately see that things don't add up at they've been presented to add up. We can see glaring ommission one after another of important evidence, we can see where the Warren Commission changed and rewrote the sworn testimonies of witnesses after the fact. We can see the intentional neglect of calling witnesses who saw important things first hand, but were not called because it went against a predetermined narrative the Warren Commission had. And while all this discrepancies don't answer all the questions regarding this case and specifically name all the individuals involved, it give anyone who reads all this material, more than enough information to see and recognize that a cover-up has taken place. And that's a conclusion anyone who puts there time into this fiasco can determine on their own. No obe needs to be an "expert" to see that. But that's enough for most people to accept the fact the Commission and the government has lied to the American people about what took place. And when you combine that with the fact that documents are still being hidden and concealed from the American public until 2039, on grounds of "National Security" it becomes clearly obvious the American people have been lied to, and continue to be lied to. We don't have to have every fact about the minutia of this case to come to our own conclusions. And those small details may never come to light. But that's secondary at this point. It doesn't even matter what the name of the teals assasines are at this point. Their likely deceased anyway. The bigger issue is that an element of our own government has done this to us, and continues ti conceal evidence. And THAT'S what most important and THAT'S what the American people need to know.
