If you’re looking for a comment that’s not racist or close minded, here it is. In summary, all these guys know he did it, said he did it, and all but saw him do it. The one in the red is outraged and loyal to his friend who was killed. They aren’t you. Calling 911 is not always the safest option for these young men. They aren’t privileged to have the best education. They live in the culture they grew up in, doing the best they can with that they have. They came to court. Told the truth. They were respectful and answered every question to the best of their ability. Better prosecution witnesses than a lot of some of YOUR people would be. I’m glad the prosecutor is open-minded enough to learn the culture and speak respectfully. They are here on the side of justice and most of the comments here are basically crapping on them. You want justice but you want to cherry-pick how it comes about. Good job, young men.

The statement (everybody had guns) - that will help the defendant later on - his lawyer is already going to try to prove that one of the other guys committed the murder - (everybody had guns) gives doubt that the defendant might not have committed the murder since there was more than one gun in the area - he helped the defendant out with that statement - I am not saying that he will get away with this - I wonder if they found a weapon on this guy when he was arrested

It does not surprise me but upsets me that the people who are appointed to ask these young men the questions have no regard for their safety as it pertains to the risks they are taking by being present in The court room.
