I remember watching Day Todays and being hooked, Him, Curren$y, Mac Miller, Big Sean, Nipsey Hussle and so many others innovated the rap game in the early 2010s. Everyone wanted to smoke papers, wear chucks, get tatted up, all that. Wiz was such a cultural influence you couldn't turn your head and see a teen not have that blonde patch in their head. it was such a good time to be into rap music during that time, honestly one of the greatest eras I've been apart of. Wiz is literally the only artist that I’ve followed for decades. Just seeing all the old Day today clips and remembering watching them when they first dropped like “damn it’s been this long?!” Lol .. Such and amazing artist and spirit. Wishing him endless blessings and success. This man is such an inspiration 💯

Wiz this takes me back. What rolling papers means to me. It means, feelings of nostalgia. Takes me back to my teen years. Friends I don't have anymore. Memories I'll never be able to recreate. Thank you for the good times. I was 16 when I joined your journey. Now I'm 28 and as much as I've changed I'm glad to see your still mostly who you were back then.

Fr... rolling papers 1 is one of my all time favorite albums. Goes deeper than the music. Like you said, the times, the people etc. Hurts a little, but can look back and smile at the times.

Wiz Khalifa will forever be a legend. I'm glad I witnessed Wiz Khalifa music in High School back in 2009-2013. Every mixtape / album that came out around that time brings a good memory in my life (Star Power, Flight School, How Fly, Deal or No Deal, Burn After Rolling, Kush & Orange Juice, Rolling Papers, Cabin Fever 1-3) man what a time to be alive when wiz would drop back to back classics. If wiz ever see this comment I wanna let him know that your music brought back some good memories in every body life that's a Wiz Khalifa fan. I wish you nothing but the best in the future and thank you for the memories and timeless music. 🙏🏾🐐

This brought back the heaviest feeling of nostalgia I've felt for a long time. I remember being in high school going out to smoke at lunch listening to Wiz on repeat. I don't smoke anymore but damn this video really brought back some good memories.

Congrats on all you’ve accomplished! Thank you for the endless art . Wiz deserves more conversation. Music is consistently great. Improving as an artist with every project . Crazy how he gets no love . Like he drops music and not one hip hop outlet reviews or mentions the work to think he is as successful as he is without their consistent support is truly incredible and speaks volumes to his success and his hard work. These outlets let kids control who they listen to and direct their platforms when they are the ones who should be putting these kids on to the real artists smh

Man I’m proud to see this. I remember seeing Wiz on Datpiff in ‘07-‘08 and loving his music! Bumping Flight School and starting to smoke. Wiz and Mac really provided me the confidence I needed in those high school years. They always hold a big place in my heart!
