really well narrated, just one important detail you switch the gender of him her his hers very often talking about the father ".. her daughter", the "her" should be a "his", it points out he is "posessing" a daugther >his< dautghter not the being in posession is female therefor "..her daughter" what you seem to think and this switch happenes so often i assume your mother language builds sentences the way described in the line above
