Blaze, I went to the critical calculator and found that the executive ring maxes you crit the same amount as the director, and the executive does more damage on every spell. So basically, if you use the executive, you WILL deal more damage- I've done the math, trust me on this one lol

The 140 deck gives 16 more hp but 3 less block so i guess its like a bit better but it almost wont affect anything

The new deck has a tear socket and not a triangle one so its really bad

since crit doenst matter near as much anymore, you should socket the +30 damage circle jewels. with 3 of them, tempest will have 790 base damage instead of 700 on the first round.

Well 140 damage for death makes sense cuz it’s supposed to do less than storm and they have a lot of utilities like drain, so it’s actually way easier to solo on death compared to storm

nah, the director ones are just way better. For the dragoon set, get the hat, boot and then the amulet. You get way more damage.

Imo you shouldn't go for rank 7 Sound of Musicology. As you said, bugs is better. Glowbug is probably the best hit to use if you have a shadow pip- the reason why Musicology does so little is because of its utility. Upgrading Musicology to rank 3 is imo the best choice, since it makes the most of its utility and does about as much as squall wyvern + a blade for 1 less pip. Since Dragoon amulet is now meta, if you get a shadow pip first turn you can just Musicology into a Squall to kill almost anything.

Darmoor till 130, for max accuracy and pips at 130+ use dragoon hat, mali robe, dragoon boots, fossil wand, frillosaur, exec ring, dragoon amulet, executive fiery deck, and whatever mount. With pip jewels on the athame and deck you have 100% accuracy, pips, and 190+ damage

how did you get to 191 dmg when im using gear that surpases the damage and set bonus the dragoon gear has? and im only able to hit 180 dmg. im using helm, robe, boot, wand, anthem, amulet, ring and deck that have higher damage then all that your using with the set bonuses applied. And my pet has 4,4,7,7,11 storm dmg. What am I doing wrong?
