50-60: chieftain crafted gear 60-70: waterworks, zigzag and tower of the helephant 70-80: avalon crafted gear 80-90: Azteca crafted gear Note feel free to mix them up for better stats 90-100: tartarus there is nothing else tartarus is the way to go for 90 in khrysalis

I used Waterworks gear all the way up until Darkmoor with zero problems. I just don’t think Tartarus is worth the grind. It’s a difficult dungeon with low drop rates. Sure, it’ll help out in questing for Khrysalis but even if you’re soloing I think Waterworks is fine.

For level 56, I remember the rings and athames in Hrundle Fjord being better than the ones in Vestrilund (you have to do a side quests in which you thaw all the frozen bears to access these vendors), but what's better than either of those are the Rings of Battle and the Bear's Claws (slightly different names depending on school) that you can buy in the Bazaar.

If you are storm I recommend going for the House of Scales/Zigazag robe(which has mass prism) and the hat and then go for the waterworks boots. This will give you more damage than using the house of scales full set or using the waterworks full set. as well as more crit, accuracy, and health. although you do loose some crit block that comes with the boots.

I believe that the 76 gear is a good jump especially being in Avalon, it is a good boost up so for anyone that wants to speed through avalon then get the 76 crafted gear it will definetely last you until Tartarus

The No Auction level 66 Zafarian Rings and athames are really good, you can get them as drops from Mirror Lake and notable bosses in Zafaria. I would definitely recommend Ice Wizards to farm for Elisa's Chill Band though, because it gives 3% resist.

There's one more piece that is borderline for 99. I know that Morganthe is at the end of Khrysalis, and it's close to 100, but the athame, amulet, and rings from morganthe are pretty great.

For what Blaze didn't mention below Azteca: • Bear's Claw of (insert school) // Athame• (school gem) of Battle // Ring For level 56, I personally have always found these better than the crafted rings and Athames.•House of Scales gear (level 60+) // Robes, decks, amulets, hats.Be sure to check out the House of Scales for a robe that I usually find better than the Waterworks robe, as well as the hat which is an alternative to the Waterworks/ Wintertusk hat. The decks here are hands down the way to go deck wise until decks start getting stats such as health. They give 1% accuracy for all schools, and while it's not necessarily worth farming, they're a nice touch. The amulets give school attack (2%), but the spells given are mediocre.•Zafaria and Avalon crafted gear More specifically, the crafted boots and sometimes hats always seem to work for me. Normally, just craft Zafaria boots and wait until Avalon for hats. Hope this helps, and although I like this video idea, I personally feel that Blaze could do much better with research for these types of videos. Best of luck getting your gear.

What I legit did for all my wizards was just mount Olympus to waterworks then right to malistare and after was to get the lvl 100 robe from the krockotopia house dungeon thing and after that I went for morganth amulet and the ring from the first guy in malistare dungeon and by the time ur this far u should be good enough at the game to know what to get and not to get in further worlds

Just to sorta add what you were saying about zigazag: if your a Balance Wizard I actually recommend getting farming the house of scales, the final boss gives some really good gear for a while. I still use that gear as a lvl 97 balance wiz.

My strategy 1-59: Bazaar gear. Don’t bother farming mount Olympus. You’ll be fine. 60-99: WaterWorks Gear. This is the only place I found worth farming for the first time. The gear was amazing and lasted for a while. 100-130?: Darkmoor gives better gear than Tartarus but at this point you can mix and match with Darkmoor and crafted gear in Empyrea and Catacombs in Wizard City. Also Storm Titan drops good gear too if you want to farm that crazy boss 😂

for water works i would go for robe and boots cause the crafted hat from tusk gives that hat for the blade and it helps loads for questing

I don’t know if I’d say the crafted gear in Sudriland is really worth it, simply because you can farm for Waterworks in just four more levels. While Waterworks year isn’t much better than this gear, if you’re planning on getting it then the crafted gear would be a bit of a waste of time

Another thing: I’ve noticed that a pair of boots that you can buy in the bazaar, the United Footwear, while not being quite as good as Waterworks gear, is pretty close if you don’t get the boots from farming

actually for atlantea the boots are pretty good. I'm level 70 and no waterworks but I have the ice boots which are better than the waterworks boots. so it might be the same for all schools. though I don't suggest you farm atlantea. just do it once and if you get it good, if not then just move on. cause even with max atlantea is still a pain.

At level sixty (I think) zig-zag (lower then upper) drops good gear as well!! Offers more damage and accuracy, like 1 or 2% less resist but pets help with that. I got the robe first run which is RARE but I highly suggest doing at most 3 runs for luck because I only use the waterworks hood! Wintertusk jewelery is good too for level 50 I still use them. Carax strongthread crafted gear is basically the waterworks gear but difference is stats and cards, crafting offers a card farming offers slight better stats. Preference 🤷 Also pets help alot, I recently got lucky. Balance Level 61 Damage; 97 Resistance : 31 overall, 40 balance Crit: 32% I'm decent o: i just got to zafaria, I might craft if I like it better. I haven't done the tower of helephant I know they offer mastery amulets tho!

Am I the only one who hates the Hades wand? Most schools can't even get even pretty good crit at level 90, with an exception of storm and maybe fire. Therefore, if your crit is only perhaps 10%, the Hades wand may only bring it up to maybe ~25-30% when you can just use the hasta or any other wand like it and get some pure damage. Also, pierce is useless in PvE. (The Hades wand gives some extra pierce.)

it's really up to you, if you'd like the damage you can keep it, you can probably get better wands through either crafting or farming now. if you don't wanna keep it though i suggest maybe hade's wand for your level? depends on what stats you prefer

Nathan Yost I think you should craft it just in case you’re unlucky in drops for Waterworks. The gear is barely worse than Waterworks and you could argue the hat is better because of the blade it gives.
