Wizard101: Top THREE Pet Bodies for EACH SCHOOL!

Pets matter a TON in this game, and while the talents ultimately matter WAY more, the cards you get from each individual pet body can be extremely helpful when you're questing too. From pet blades to good early-game AoEs to sun enchants, pets in this game really have a lot of cool cards that I highly recommend each wizard gets for their character!

Honestly, with regards to balance I would argue that the oppossum is quite valuable later in the game when feints don't work as often, the extra buffing from the blades is so very useful

i stopped using pet blades in like lemuria so i trained a perfect storm elf for the low pip damage over time spell to get rid of storm shields

Honorable mention for storm is a mulberry hound. Only gives 1 card but that card is tempest

I was shocked the Acid Rain Core wasn't mentioned for Death as an honorable mention. Its Death Supercharge blade is really nice in challenging boss fights. Other than that, it was a nice list overall. 👍

Yeah the death supercharge is really really great, but there's just so many other pets that Death has that give things like Feint that I felt the need to mention

Although it may seem pretty obvious I wish you had said somewhere in the video that this is pve top 3 list, since pvp list would be very different (or myb put it in title/description). Also for a storm wizard I would like to suggest to anyone just starting out on storm character, malefic strix pet. It gives 2 100% tempest item cards which I have been using with myth deckathalon deck 9, and if you have some gold to spare this has made early game storm questing VERY easy for me.

@@cloudy_gm1630 You will have to hatch with someone who has it, its a crowns pet im pretty sure u get it from pack, but its not exclusive - meaning u can get it if you hatch with someone who has it

question. I got the balance snappy gryphon and I wanted to use that for an upcoming storm but idk anyone with that pet with the talents I want. Does it make sense to hatch with someone with the necessary talents of a diff body to get those talents on the gryphon body?

You can try that but it's very rng based as to whether or not you get the body back. That's gonna be the hardest part tbh

You could find someone with an exclusive pet that has all the talents you want. You could also try hatching with pets with high wow factor to get your pet body back. Google w101 wow factors, theres a list of each pet's. The higher the number 1-10, the lower chance you have of getting that pet back. So if I hatch a wow factor 1 with a 10, I pretty much should always get the 1 back.

🔥 vid. Looks like I'm in decent shape for pet bodies (except for Storm since I have Cloudburst Sprite lol). I feel like late game Enigmatic Ghulture deserves more love for Myth (TOTALLY not biased) but it's def less of Ghulture being bad and more of Myth just having OP pets. Same thing with Gloomy Eye, it's a great pet but Death pets just built different bc having 2 pet bodies that give feint is absolutely insane. ALSO SNAPPY GRYPHON W, BALANCE CLASS IS TRASH!

Probably best not to open packs at all, but the keeper’s lore pack drops jade gear which gives a ton of resist

i got a question about hatching... i hatched a pet that i like to adult it has pain giver and mighty (making a damage pet) now that i have this pet to adult do i hatch it again with pet with the other damage stats i want or do i level my current one up and see if it has the talents? i know this is random but im stuck and can't find any video

Hatch it until you get an Ancient base with three talents you want

For life best pet is Hummingbird it gives two copies of leafstorm you literally are OP with a sick cheap AOE even at low level and will run through all of WC and Krok so easy. It almost feels unfair

This is like a rookie top 3 list, no hate but there are MUCH better pets to pve with. Spell enchants can be put in sidedeck, pet blades are good but blade enchants are better, AND there are pets that increase stats without talents, which were not mentioned. Those are much better (ex. Frills, armament, etc)
