I have to say the mana burn and aura pop bans is sad af, I only made a Balance bcs I loved how it can sort of "bend the rules", manipulate pips and stuff which no other school can do, and they were literally made for pvp, you don't need them in pve. So now that they're banned idk if I even wanna continue my Balance. Couldn't they just nerf the damage or something? Straight up ban is unfortunate

The new spells seem neat, but I'm worried about the widening gap between pvp and pve gameplay. Every now and then i try to dip my toes into the waters of pvp but it's just so different i struggle to understand the changed school identities and metas

I only ever did PVE, and PVP really does seems like a whole different game lol, I see all the pvp spells, or spell paths, and to me they all seem so useless

That and the fact that to actually get all the cool pvp mechanics you need to grind for couch potatoes to grind for mega snacks to grind for a pet with the spellment talent. It’s still just so much work to not even feel like you know how to play the game against other people

Sooo, on my myth, I never got more weaknesses than king art could handle, but as they are (possibly) adding back 2v2, purge is an excellent support spell for your teammate🎉

That leviathan path needs to get reworked. Damage is far too low for an 8 pip storm spell with some utility. If they decide to affix utilities onto all these spells and argue that “the damage is nerfed because it has utility”, then add an alternative spell of the same pip cost for each one they nerf that deals the original damage amount.

I used sonte colossus for the weakness removal in that one tent boss in Novus. Only thing I wonder is that with the ones specifically named for ban from avalon when would you use it outside of PvP anyway? Like where would you use mana burn in PvE?

It’s nice that PvP is getting all these re works but there really needs to be a noob level matchmaking, or they need to make it balanced across the board like clash royale. So many players want this element of the game and it’s impossible to get here for a new player

Here's my thing about the new spell to myth even tho its is myth identity why dose storm and myth have spells that can prevent you from setting up a blade or weakness gambit but death and life dosnt have a 2 pip remove three hots or dots what are they going to do to help with dot and hot counters all the roahambo spells are slow and dosnt help you with the curent state of pvp where you can spam ots and hots
