Honestly Storm needs the damage because they are basically glass with resist. I'd say its a happy medium because of how pip expensive a sultan or any shadow spell is. Why all shadow enhanced spells have to cost 2 shadow pips is beyond me. Less valuable spells like Snowball barrage, Wings of fate, and Raging Bull should have retained the 1 shadow pip cost

@@SheLuhShay Do you think it’s the gear? Ice is my only max and idk how to gear it for PvP, is it all raids gear or something? It seems you need to use the damage circle jewels to compete on damage, but the pierce and critical is also comparatively the worst. I feel like them having the lowest crit/damage could justify at least giving them more pierce on gear or something?. Thematically Ice seems like it would pierce. It’s like bottom 2 for being able to heal with its own spells. Like life is hitting harder, with way more sustain, and comparable bulk to ice. Maybe go in the opposite direction? Go even heavier on resist/crit block to make up for the lack of sustain? Flat defence on hat/robes/gear could be a unique option. But then if you dual schooled life it would be super obnoxious, and you can counter infections. What do people think?
