I do trust the designers they have running the format (Gavin, Aaron Forsyth, etc.), but I am worried about them being forced to print super staples by Hasbro executives to sell packs. The design team know that cards like the JL, Dockside, Crypt, and even Sol Ring are design mistakes because they're auto-includes. I doubt they would actually purposefully design something like that. But WotC still made JL to sell Commander Legends and didn't reprint it, Dockside, or Crypt so they could shove it in to future products so there's a bullshit chase card. WotC is also the same company that has entirely ruined Modern with Modern Horizons sets and cards like The One Ring (which is in 50% of decks now). The design team and the committee they have seems awesome and is a great change, but now there's no checks or balances for Hasbro executives.

There is no "commander" format, there is only cedh.
