There should not be any issues obtaining Iran Visa along with USA visa. But there will be some questions at the immigration about your purpose of visit. I know about Dauvd have seen his few Iran Vlogs.

Sir I am from india, and my flight is from Bishkek to Abu Dhabi then after 32hrs my flight is from Dubai to India !! So it's arrival and departure is from different airports !!so transit visa is applicable?? Or else we have to take tourist visa ??

Transit visa is applicable only if you are flying to India from Abu Dhabi.. From other airport you need a proper visa.

Yes you can! But with Single Entry UAE Tourist Visa you will have no problem to exit and go to Azerbaijan. When you cone back you indeed need Transit visa.
