This hurricane just fascinates me. We went through Sandy and I thought that was bad ! I cannot even imagine living by the ocean for this one

My parents were in downtown Providence when it hit. Loved hearing the stories they told. They had to wade in water up to their hips and Dad, s car was submerged. They did make it home eventually.

My parents & family lived in Westhampton beach area. People drove to Dune road to see the retreating ocean, before tidal wave. They all perished. Downtown Westhampton was under water. My uncle, on S. Bay Ave in Eastport, had to run away from raging waves coming down the street. My parents were in school-unaware of the storm as it came in so quickly. Also, my husbands uncle was born that day. He was a real character!

"Everything looked greyish green" this video begins. The atmospheric composition at 28 millibars. A category 5. Terrifying.

JAR must have found them at senior living in Johnston.....or, What school you from? Monta Plez? My Dad and Uncle Brainerd spent the storm holding the garage doors shut at the orphanage. In 54 my aunt was stranded in her downtown office building. When my Dad went to get her he found a 5 gallon pail of grease washed into downtown, and never bought grease again....

Seems like all these people were kids during hurricane..ofcourse cause it happened so long ago. Only few people still alive to tell us. It's been 86 years now but taped in 2018. So these people were all 80 plus age they were prob all early 90s. I'm getting at that these people still look good for there age. Shows u if u live a long time ur prob healthy....🎉❤
