In 1968 I was home after 3 years in the army after horrible time. From October 16 1968 until May 1970 I hit the ground on the run in and out of jail . If I couldn’t find a fight I would start one. The judge had me brought from my cell to the courtroom and said I have a company that will put you to work if you want I will let you go and you change your direction and get straight I looked at your service records and you deserve better. The company that took me in and I retired 45 years later. I never would have had that chance if not for the judge that helped me out.

Just realized that Judge Caprio has retired. I am a Honkonger now living in Indonesia. I am also 70 but still watching you on KZbin almost every week. I hope this can set an example for all judges all over the World. God bless you and your extended family. I have had the privilege to see you judge caprio sitting on a number of cases in your courtroom. You have been in my opinion very fair just and impartial. I was expecially moved on occasions when you invite the young kids to sit with you to decide with you the fate of their parents. As you relate your first day in court when your dad attended and after the judgement he spoke to you i remembered my own dad who always instructed us to be fair and do unto others as you would like others do unto you. I love Judge Caprio. I was never loved as a child and my Dad made it thru Pearl Harbour and was was killed a year and a half later. I knew his love my first 2 years and it carried me thru it all and I'm 82 yrs and going strong but my Dad loved me. Judge you are a Blessing to behold❤🎉

What a legend. I'm from glasgow scotland & i watched this judges youtube vids & they were superb. I wish the judges over here were as decent as him. Yes, i commited the crime & i served my time but i'm still human, i'm a dad & a husband & the judges over here only see us like pieces of shite on their shoe.
