Pancreatic cancer is one of the most deadly painful cancers. The survival rate is single digits and most only have weeks or a few months once they find they have this cancer. I lost a very great friend 4+ years ago to this cancer & he fought it successfully for 7 years~! I hope and pray judge Caprio that you beat this cancer like my dear friend. Shalom

Theres a definite line between who you know and who you can get favors from and thsoe who can't because they can't afford it. Justice system is in the crapper as is the very idea we'd embrace a dictator. Do the math Its not hard.

I think a majority of the people aren't chill with it (government/leaders/CEOs not included in this group)... but so many of us know how close most of us are to also being poor, that sometimes it seems like we don't think about those less fortunate. Or if we do, that we "don't have time" to figure out how to help, lest we ourselves become part of that group. I think you'll find most Americans DO care and DO wish they could do something... but maybe feel helpless.

There are some in government, community, and church leaders that are very much concerned about poor people. However, the media here doesn't cover that and certain people in power couldn't care less to hear these people out . They like to use the word "entitlement" a lot when the subject poverty comes up.

I grew up around a kind judge in probate court in salem.....they were all kind and( and u never find people that truely understand a disabilty ) understanding of me. I am 62 years old and I just lost my younger brother that could have turned 55 years to the cold hands of death just this past March and I did not cry,watching this got me so emotional that I can't control my tears that I have to get out of the office to go to a hidden place to cry.I still don't understand why bad things happen to good people,honestly it is still one of the things that I don't understand about this world we live in.I pray that God will make the treatment he is receiving work for him and he will come back healed and free of cancer.
