Unfortunately 95% of the woods around where summer went missing from is private property other then the county road , so you can’t just pack up for a day search or a weekend with friends and search the surrounding area and that is frustrating to me because if she is out there in them woods or had fallen into a old mine shaft or even a old well or anything like that you have to get the ok from so many different people and not knowing where one person’s land stop’s and another’s start it’s dangerous and illegal. I wish they could have someone to work with the land owners and have at least one week out of the month that individuals could come out and search without worrying about trespassing on peoples property and said person could post that week that all agreed upon , I do believe if she is around this property having an open week for volunteers to come and search she would be located, What do you think ?

Something interesting to note. Summer went missing, and the boys got to go searching for her on their own! Without Candus and Grandma knowing what happened/who took her - how could they allow that??? We know that happened, because when Don came home and first stopped at the shed down on their property, he found the boys searching on their own. Baffling. Woldn´t you keep your children close by you when one had gone missing into thin air? Another thing: Grandma "believes" they went to the swimming hole by the horse stables, where Summer went swimming? Surely she KNOWS where they went. And if she had a vague memory on that day, she has seen numerous videos and read numerous blogs about the case. It was reasonable for them to assume that the chances of the boys finding Summer were better than the chance of 3 boys being taken together. Desperation causes people to do desperate things. If the Father was messing with Summer he wouldn’t kill her, because as sick and abusive as it is, that would be an arrangement that works for him. Candus does not seem to be calculated or organised enough to plan something so flawlessly that all of law enforcement are fooled …..not after going to all these public places with CTV that day…let alone be effective enough to hide the truth from LE for this long. Ummm so the aunt went missing 12yr ago!?! Then her granddaughter goes missing!!!!
