God Bless Tom Jolls for all his voice contributions in the past at Channel 7 and for doing the weather on 7 and most of all, for being Commander Tom! Great job and he will be a legend forever! Thank you Tom Jolls! May God be with you!

I remember watching WKBW-TV on a visit to Niagara Falls around this time (I was maybe six or seven). First of all I found it neat that Buffalo had a channel 2, 4 and 7 just like Detroit, and that Buffalo's 7 was also an ABC affiliate and had a slightly different version of the Circle 7 logo from Detroit's WXYZ. Now that I've cut the cord and have the Set TV streaming app on my TV, I get to watch WKBW once again and see CKLW "20/20 News" legend Keith Radford in the anchor chair. :)

Rather impressive that WKBW kept using the NAB TV code slide even _after_ CapCities sold them off and Tom Jolls had to re-record the VO

Given what some people say about TV news in 2020, maybe it should be.

This is from 1986. The code was banished by the NAB (according to Wikipedia) in 1983. Maybe the station kept it voluntarily.
