Oh yea most definitely. Sometimes CPS really does save kids lives but now they’re going after parents who do 1 little thing wrong or if they even think they’re doing something wrong they’re all over those parents and they’re filling up with bullshit cases, throwing those b.s cases onto case workers who are extremely over worked and way over the case limit so those caseworkers aren’t as attentive or caring when it comes to a child who truly does need help. Look how many child have died while in state’s custody or after CPS have cleared the parents only for the parents to turn around and kill the kid somehow. It happens way too often and it’s because cps is waaaay too strict. Yea back in the day they weren’t really strict enough but cracking down on damn good parents over b.s isn’t the way to make up for that. I’ve seen too many good parents lose their kid(s) over the stupidest stuff.
