Dragon Tales funding bumper always gave me chills before watching the show

It honest to God scares the shit out of me for some reason. Like in 2004 I had Dragon Tales on VHS & it was near the end of it. Watching this video I vividly remember that Frosted Flakes commercial played before that funding bumper. It was at night & it was just me in the family room watching it, the stoicness of the announcer’s voice, the slow moving animation, no music playing in the background, it just gave four year old me the creeps for some reason
