Damn, I can already imagine the amount of effort, time and energy placed into this project and it must have been really exhausting. You really out did yourself on this one❤️
@JC-vt4mt3 жыл бұрын
this looks so easy but the process is real xD aside from the 3d and rendering programs you have to be familiar with, you'll also have to deal with time and a whole load of mental breakdown if you own a not-so-powerful device to handle them all! as an architect and artist myself, i find it an advantage to use this stuff in making digital art. Some people say, artists who use 3d programs, etc. are not it, but once you've positioned yourself in the making, you'll know how it is equally amazing as manual drawing.
@m.m.mefuyayuki15503 жыл бұрын
I agree with you. People who say that artists using 3d rendering aren't real artists just makes me laugh at their stupidity. Art is all about creating. As long as you created everything yourself, then you are an artist. What's so bad about taking a "short cut" to achieve great results like this.
@kellygoodine99443 жыл бұрын
@@m.m.mefuyayuki1550 Only tweak to your comment is that WLOP may not have created all the initial models here, but still does not take away from all the creativity he put into this. I say may, because not sure... he definitely knows what he is doing in modeling packages... so he may have made them... but sometimes its quicker to buy models to get started...
@m.m.mefuyayuki15503 жыл бұрын
@@kellygoodine9944 Oh i knew that fact. He didn't create the models but he's the one that orchestrated everything and to me that's still a part of creation itself. He used things that already existed and assembled them to make his own piece. It's like using words to write poems, notes to create music. You can take things that already existed to create something else entirely different and of it's own. Those are simply tools for you to illustrate your imagination.

thanks for this, as a newcomer to art I set a goal to find the most efficient ways possible to make a piece and I always thought about just creating a 3d model with specific proportions for an OC along with the lighting ahead of time (to cut down time on figuring out where shadows and light will land) and then just use that to make poses then draw them out and shade them in on PS or clip studio, that way I could keep proportions consistent throughout different pieces, tho I don't know if regular digital artists see this as cheating or something since your not just going with your own pen and a blank canvas per piece everytime, but I just don't feel like spending 10 hours a day on every piece. I want to cut that down as much as possible but still have my own unique creative element in it.. I'm just afraid if that type of art will sell or not as I am trying to do art full time eventually.
@bloop61112 жыл бұрын
The way I see it, it’s like mixed mediums, but digital. If someone was a traditional painter and sculptor and they decided to make some art exhibition using both, no one would call that cheating. I say do whatever is fun for you and gets you the best results, as long as you’re honest about your process, you can do whatever you want :)
