@@bigbeardrc4145 I need to do the ones on my new truck at some point, but getting to the centre and front is a royal pita ,so whilst it is working well ,shall leave alone, locking rear is easy with the metal locker at least and reversible if I don't like it for short course.

Hi! Why does the differential use a lubricant and not a special oil? Are these differentials not sealed and not designed for oil?

You can use oil if you wanted too there's a paper gasket inside I just used grease

Have you got one? N do ya think there any good? Coz I want a basher truck. I’m doing a racing fighter project atm so was thinking on that truck for my next? Any input pls mate? 🙏 gratefully received, thankyou n top video as ever it’s a must do on all WLToys diffs 😎👍🙏🍻

Great how to video brother. Too bad it's necessary though. RCs like this are marketed to folks with limited or no experience who probably wouldn't even think to check for grease. It should be done at the factory. Fortunately there's dudes like you making videos to set them straight.

They definitely simplified the access to the diffs. Looks like they still have the excessive amount of toe on the tires front and rear. Unless that's an optical illusion from the camera
