Treat it like a roller, swap the 560 for 36' can motor, have a blast

I used to have a 3650 on the 124017, crazy power! but decided to go back to 28xx

They should at least put on oil shocks. People are gonna complain about that. It's the same deal like the 124017/19. This is more for those who want to do a more powerful upgrade since you can only fit a 2845 sized motor on the 008. You can prolly fit a 3674 motor on this like the 124019. I like the body shell though 🤘

Got 124008 and wish i got the 124010. Brushed one is super easy to put 3650 motor on because of hole spacing on motor plate.

That's sure if you are planning on giving it monstrous power, 124010 is the way to go

@@bismuth7730 careful with 3d printed parts, I do not believe it will hold up for your application. That is why I used CNC to machine parts out

@@customtoyrevolution It is holding up really well. Printed in PC CF filament. I even overheat the motor and the motor plate still looks like new.

I too am just thinking of buying the shell lol 😆 Been looking at this car for a few weeks now on Ali express and I've been wondering What The Hell are wltoys playing at 😆😆 it's a piece of crap and they're asking £80 for it when I can buy the brushless version for £71 lol

Almost the same chassis as the MJX 16207 which is a brushless 3S, so I do not see how it is worth buying this.

Yes. MJX Hyper Go H16PL is even more similar with optional 3S battery but I would still recommend wltoys124008 (brushless version) $20 to $30 cheaper

I was hoping they would have used this chassis and stuck the electronics from the 124017 in it. All my batteries are 2s while the 124010 and the 124008 would be terribly slow on 2s with their smaller motors. Give us this chassis with better electronics and it will sell better.
