Interesting by how the dc bound trains are stopping at RI Ave rather than Glenmont or Silver Spring like normal. What was the exact date on this video?

It was on February 10th, so a Saturday. Construction was going on in that area, which is why the Red Line wasn't running to Glenmont. They also had single tracking going on at some stations
