I like the fact that they look just like any gas or diesel powered bus, most people will not be able to tell the difference unless they look carefully.

Wow! First DC Circulator, then RideOn, now DASH! Who's next? ART? Fairfax Connector? TheBus?

TheBus is next to receive Proterras, they have a few on order, and at least one is already on property. Not sure when theirs will enter service.

@@BraydenBachlott can you take a picture of it?

@@rodrickbrown There's a photo of one on the Twitter page for PG County DPW&T. And of course, I'll take my own photos if/when I encounter them.

I'm praying that Proterra has addressed the issues with stronger frames to handle the weight of the Battery Packs on these particular buses based on the issues that SEPTA has experienced with their Proterra's, which caused nearly all 25 of those buses to be taken out of service along with not meeting range requirements for most of their routes, this could be one of many reasons why WMATA has hesitated to dive in to the All-Electric sector regardless of the available Bus Manufacturers.

I like the turn the bus made at 0:57.

These are basically updated BE40s, just more streamlined. Apart from that, there's little difference visually.
