What is very helpful is Chef has demonstrated everything in an environment we all mostly will be and with the tools we can easily find. I am new in this channel and I find Chef Dominique Ansel very friendly and approachable. It's very delightful to learn things from him + he reminds me of a friend of my college days :)

Very sweet video. I learned how to make crepes in France many decades ago. I think they are so much fun to make. I, too, love them very thin, whether savory or sweet. Not only does Dominique show us great, fearless technique, he obviously knew how to get the first crepe perfect, which should always be the master baker's goal. Thank you for sharing.

Hola Dominique! Gracias por compartir! Genial es su trabajo! Sería buenísimo que sus libros estuvieran también en español. Le enviamos saludos desde Córdoba Argentina.
