RUF is legally its own brand, and nowadays they dont really tune Porsches much anymore, they dont even receive Porsche bodies for the most part - they make their own bodies, chassis, engine, etc all inhouse that just happens to somewhat resemble Porsche to a degree because thats a majority of their history. Example: RUF CTR3.

Its Ashamed That They Changed The Ruf In The Porsche CTR -> 911 Turbo S (930) RCT -> 911 Turbo 3.6 RGT/RT-35 -> 911 Turbo S RK Coupe -> 718 Cayman S
