Haters try to talk about how Caitlin "Only had 11 points". But this was her best overall game so far in the WNBA. She filled the stat sheet. 11 pts, 10 rebounds, 8 assist, 4 steals, and a block. Also her turnovers were down with only 2. She impacted the game in every way. Whole team played with a sense of urgency and purpose. Hopefully this will help them going forward

TOs down bc Mitchell, Boston and Fagbenke created a space and less pressure for Clark, who shot poorly but had eight good assist and ten rebounds. It was a balanced attack and it paid off-but it was the Sparks one of the worst teams from last year which is how they drafted Brinks.

i think she could benefit from more offball screenwork in the halfcourt like steph and klay in golden state. her passing is honestly at its best in transition where there is more space to hit locations. not that she cant due pinpoint passes in the halfcourt as this game shows. she definitely can. but she tends to force certain passes more in the halfcourt.@@silewis9396

First decent match of the season from her, it's no coincidence that the victory came. Too many moments in which she seems without energy, she must rediscover the sacred fire of last year in which she did not disfigure against the best big girl in the league. The future of the Fever belongs to her and CC, they just have to learn to play together.

*Caitlin Clark teammates are thankful for her exposure.* I’ve been bragging about players like Kelsey Mitchell since she was a freshman at Ohio State. Now all of a sudden all the guys I hoop with are like damn bruh you been watching women’s hoop forever, why you ain’t tell us about Kelsey. I’m glad that she’s drawing attention to women’s hoops. I’m a guy who played HS and College Hoops and I watch it alone because I never met anyone who’s interested. Now a the gym, people pause their workout to watch a Caitlin Clark highlight. Caitlin Clark has been balling like this since she was a freshman at Iowa. So have many of these other women, but the *difference is the Clark effect, she doing something that hasn’t been done in women’s hoop history in regards to viewership.*

Clark is impressive man. Bringing more eyes to the WNBA than ever and for a rookie in her first 10 game stretch has played great . Shot wasn’t falling like she may have liked so she took care of the ball well and set up her teammates with some really great passes . She also had a really great steal where she read the play perfectly going up court and snatched it which lead to a bucket for her team. Then hit 2 SUPER CLUTCH 3s when her team needed them most. Good for her. So glad she’s bringing eyes to the WNBA as well. The slander for players competing in this league is obnoxious .

The reason the Fever have lost all their games to start that season is that Mitchell, Boston, and Clark have not played well or if one did play well the other two struggled. Tonight all three impacted the game in a very positive way Clark with her passing and clutch shot making, Boston with her hustle, finishing, and playing well off of Clark, and Mitchell with her shot creation and ability as three level scorer. This season is all about those three learning how to play together but the games where they can play well together will more likely than not result in a win.

Good team game. Fever can win when they aren't dropping passes. Clark threw some absolute darts in there that were scored on, along with the dagger 3s at the end. Boston was much better inside. Mitchel is just fast af. Great team effort for once

I’m lowkey glad her shooting was off bc I’ve always believed she’s an elite point guard bc of the IQ and passing, and we got to see the other elite part of her game. With her usage idk if I see her being elite defensively but if she is even consistently good night in night out, they’ll win some games, especially with the chemistry looking to be coming along. That ACES game is gonna be a true test to see how far they have come

As the team adjusts to Clark I think they’ll flow better. Big takeaway for me is how fearless Clark put up those two big time threes from distance. She’s a big time clutch player who isn’t gonna shy away from taking those chances. She needs to get comfortable but also the team needs to adjust and build around her. I think there’s actually a lot of talent on the team and once they get into a groove I think they’ll be good. But Clark and Boston are the axis that the team needs to be built around.

Both Ways, remarkably good play in every sense of the words. Both Ways, lots of hustle and effort, tons of talent, lovely scoring. Both Ways, notable good sports, no flopping, absence of persistent whining. It sure was nice to see such a good game so well attended. Wishing the WNBA endless success, increased viewership both on and off screen. Thanks LA Sparks for giving the Fever such a good game and Kudos to the Fever for a great win against a worthy adversary.

Amazing how good the team looks when others get involved. Fagbenlie needs to get more time, I saw highlights from the last game and she moves well and can get her shot off with slick moves. Clark not having to bring the ball up court every possession and her teammates moving without the ball instead of just stopping and watching her opens up so much. Even Boston seemed to have more energy this game and it made all the difference for her. Great "team" win. Now they need to understand they need to play at this level every game.

Bruh. Half of yall complimenting Clark too much the other half are hating too much. Clark had a decent game. Passing wise, spreading the floor, rebounding, putting teammates into winning positions is a plus. But as someone who speaks from basketball knowledge, she did not have a "great" game. Solid/impactful game, yes. Clutch game yes. Great game? no. Bad game? not entirely. But when real ballers say they had a "bad" or "allright" game, it simply means they didnt play up to there expectations. Caitlin Clark is not a 11, 10, 8 player. Shes a GENERATIONAL talent who can put up 30 on any given night when she adapts-> 30, 12, 8 is her potential. They shouldve beat the sparks by 20 not by 5. Therefore, she did have a "bad" game. Its just different scales of what "bad" actually is. Shes gonna prove all of us wrong eventually. Yall who said she had a "good" game? She gonna have games 10x better than this one... And im rooting for her!
