It just occurred to me that skills and talent alone will not make an athlete. One need to add character to the mix, and this is what CC is demonstrating. Everyone else should pay attention to that!

I agree 100%. She has no problems letting her teammates shine and that is the mark of a true champion. She is also a great role model for kids, something this world needs a lot more of. I'm not even a big fan of sports but watching her play reminds me Larry Bird and it is a thing of beauty to behold. She drains those 3 pointers like a walk in the park. She knows how to play as a team and the numbers back it up.

Diana Taurasi had no place in the Team USA ... lets face it she only won her place to record books. If Taurasi will win 6th gold Olympic medal no one will break that record. 6 times at Olympics and win 6 gold ... no one can compete to that. But if you select a rokie who is really good like Clark that there is chance to surpas that, so they left her home while Taurasi will take a gold for free coz she didnt show a damn thing at the Olympics.

She is just beginning and already she's creating a revolution in women's basketball. Her character, maturity and smarts provide the perfect foundation for a superstar in the sport. Thank goodness, just the same, for her family's influence in bringing up a lovely, remarkable and wholesome young gal. Terrific job indeed. 👍 To think CC is only GOING TO GET BETTER. What I see is history repeating itself. MJ came into the league with a shoe deal before his first pro game. He brought eyes to the league that never watched before. He had charisma that others didn’t have. Though he was a great basketball player, it was more than that. Every kid wanted to be like Mike. Because he had that special something too few people have. Caitlin has that same feeling emanating from her. It’s not just basketball, it’s more than that again. I think that within the next few years, the WNBA will be the most watched sport in America. There is a lot of young talent coming in the next few years. If the women that are there today want to be part of this growing energy, what they helped build, then now’s their time. If they squander this opportunity, the new young talent will still grow the game. But what they’ve done for the game so far will be forgotten. Last chance!

Such a shame that the place that she dreamed of arriving someday, the WNBA, is populated with coaches, media and players who seem to want to stop her phenomenal rise and end it. I gave up all pro sports after the Kaepernick protests and never watched another minute until Caitlin's arrival. I have only known about her for around 5 months when i started seeing her name on so many youtube videos. I finally watched one a few months ago and i am now a fan and follow her games. Just watching Caitlin run the ball with such speed, pass behind herself, swift passes to team mates, has really amazed me. They have not selected CC for the Olympic team...yet! If the powers to be want to grow the sport than they must put CC on the team. If they just want another trophy and keep the light of the WNBA under a bushel then they are doing a job of shooting themselves in the foot. The lady pros make peanuts compared to the men - because of the lack of FANS. CC brings them in. Wake up or you may lose this opportunity forever. What happens if CC can't play by the time of the nx Olympics for whatever reasons. Then the opportunity is lost forever - wake up & put your egos to rest & give CC the biggest welcome ever - she will do what Tiger did for golf.!!!

Caitlin Clark is poety in motion. I'm wasn't a WNBA fan until she came along. Her athletic abilities are truly one in a million. This type of anility is a once in a generation phenomenon.

If Taurasi wants to become the immortal GOAT she passes the torch to Clark. If not, just another bitter lesbian. Gordie Howe was Wayne’s biggest advocate even after his records fell.

She already showed her colors by blocking her from the Olympics. Perhaps greatest of bitter lesbians. She was selected for 4 gold teams and showed her appreciation to the fans by making sure their choice stayed home. In the end that may be what Tuarasi is most remembered for and she wrote the final page herself.Selfish.

Inevitably, one team is going to win the NCAA title every year. Caitlin Clark is talent that is more rare than that, so that is why I don't care if she doesn't have a title.

Perhaps a Prodigy. Or perhaps a little girl that found her niche very early and mixed the fun of playing with the hard work of developing her skills to the very best she could? Some might consider her privileged, but I'd suggest she came from a loving family that gave their daughter the opportunity to do what she loved, and Caitlin grabbed hold of that chance and is still riding high.

The WNBA LEAGUE was a suffering LEAGUE the ratings were low and revenue was low as opposed to the NBA...CAITLIN is EXACTLY what the WNBA NEEDS! She has earned her spot, her positive vibe and competitive nature will benefit the LEAGUE TREMENDOUSLY CAITLIN IS MARKETABLE. CAITLIN will RISE ABOVE THE REST and all the haters need to recognize she has EARNED IT...ANGEL REECE has a bad attitude Kennedy Clark know CAITLIN isnt going anywhere so Angel can put on her extra long eyelashes and her jealousy and CRY ABOUT IT!
