There are many of the 'old time leftists' still around, Dr. Norman Finkelstein, Dr. Noam Chomsky and Dr. Cornel West among others. They, one and all have an impact on the discourse of society today. But we need to pay heed to their words and not just listen but act on the wisdom that they impart. Some say that progressives are dead and buried, wrong! We, the leftist of today, spiritually progressive and politically progressive can and should be making a difference in society today.
