I never thought I would be enchanted by any other voice other than Begum Akhtarji on this ghazal. There are certain songs which are enjoyed in one particular singer's voice only.this ghazal was one such ghazal for me.Ghulam Ali, Nayyara Noor and many more but only begum Akhtarji's version was the best.But today when I listened to pratibhaji i think she was at par with Begum Akhtarji. The alap was so brilliant that it just kept me hooked to the entire Ghazal.Thanks a lot pratibhaji!!!and all the best!

The first song i heard from her was "Akhiyon mein na aaye nindiya, mohe na bha'e kajal bindiya" in Saregamapa (watched all her performances in that competition), and instantly knew that there's something special about her, she'll reach somewhere. Watched her after more than a decade. Such a beautiful voice complemented by an equally beautiful face.
