Destroyed were (as it already is at the western partners ' habit)bridges, factories that had nothing to do with armament, school, Chinese embassy, civil train and bus, warehouses of grain, city information, power plants and under. If Putin was in power, so not only this happened, but even Muammar Gaddafi would not have been murdered and Libya would continue to remain an independent state!

No, actually Russia bad sided with Nato during Libya war, Anti Gaddafi rebel supported by Russia, France,United Kingdom,Italy,USA, Meanwhile Gaddafi was under arms embargo and no country can supply weapon to him. Only Belarus 🇧🇾🇧🇾🇧🇾 broke UN law and supplied weapon to Gaddafi. But Belarusian weapon not enough to stop those powers
