Quick question do you have the best all of rising dragon for the level cap increase? I read you have to beat soem but the descriptions a bit vague

Did you find any tomes for the new spells?

I've gotten 5 so far, and I've been actively farming for it. The drop rate is extremely low - I've already rebuilt my character into 6*.

Beating the bosses on rising+ difficulty, although the drop rates were really low and farming them were mind numbing
