these boys are truly vocals kings, indeed 4th gen it group, this song is from their album magic, that was released on october, 2019, they are all sweating ebcause they were performing other songs before this one, this is from the show ''we kpop'' txt performed like 3 or 4 songs and they also played some games there, i hope you watch the full episode, also i recommend you to watch their open mic genius ''blue hour'' performance, is really really good

hueningkai produced and wrote some lyrics for the song ''rollercoaster'' in the magic album, then on eternity, beomgyu started composing and writing ''maze in the mirror'' and the other boys also wrote lyrics for the song, and for their most recent album, hueningkai and yeonjun wrote ''wishlist'' and soobin and taehyung wrote ''ghosting''

They have wrote a few of their songs. Yeonjun wrote his rap in Fairy of Shampoo and Txt all took part in writing Maze in The Mirror (highly suggest this song. It’s so amazing) but I think Beomgyu was the main writer in that song.

txt have written a decent amount of their own stuff already!! beomgyu wrote a lot of maze in the mirror, taehyun wrote most of sweat, and soobin & taehyun wrote ghosting :) there's definitely more but they're the ones i remember off the top of my head

their voices are so incredibly beautiful and they have so much potential I feel like 20cm especially shows that and ppl still have the audacity after THAT live performance to say they can't sing. I was really surprised when I first listened to this bc they have very nice vocal tones like where does bight keep finding these people?? like there's so much potential there I'm so excited for new music from them always ajdfg esp maybe utilizing esp soobins and taehyuns lower register more and giving beomgyu some more opportunities to show off his vocals

I think (I may be wrong about this) but I thiiiiiink people may automatically think that because of the amount of autotune on their vocals in other songs. It's not like "in your face" autotune, but it's clearly mixed in a very specific way to make a specific sound. And because they haven't done too many live vocal shows, etc. it's hard to know what they "really" sound like? If you know what I mean? It's nothing against them because they sound great on everything but like BIGHIT STOP THE AUTOTUNE 😂

@@Rennari yea bighit really likes using auto tune as a ‘stylistic device’ in a sense? Like it’s not tone correction bc with modern tone correction you usually have a hard time hearing it at all but there’s very obviously effects on loads of their songs and I’m like GIV ME RAW VOCALS PLS BIGHIT SPARE SOME RAW SOUND 😂 Only slightly related but I recently watched a video called ‘the problem with auto-tune’ by the KZbin sideways it’s basically a video essay on like auto tune and tone correction and their uses in today’s (pop) music that was really interesting 🙈

their vocals are crazy, any time txt has mic stands in front of them just know theyre vocals are about to go off. if you wanna focus more on their vocals they have 2 really great live performances (with mic stands lol) of their Japanese original singles (which both happen to be OP's for animes), check out everlasting shine and force!!

Alot of people recommended *_Way Home_* for RnB but i thought I'd recommend *_Blue Orangeade_* as well if you haven't already reacted to it. It's 90's style New Jack Swing and they have a lot of performances of it with 90's New Jack Swing type choreo too. Also think you'd like *_Can't We Just Keep the Monster Alive_*__, it's more tropical house like a more bubbly __*_We Lost the Summer_*__, and they also finally made a choreo to it and have a dance practice uploaded that you could react to. Imho __*_CWJKTMA_* is one of the more difficult choreos because it requires alot of energy and synch.

They do write their own music, especially in the minisode 1: Blue Hour, Beomgyu even has credits on the production of some tracks. You should listen maze in the mirror, it’s about their struggles on their trainee days, it’s heartbreaking and beautiful💔

a live performance that i've been obsessed with lately is of their japanese song Force. They've also written/have credit on a good amount of their songs Rollercoaster - Hueningkai is credited for lyrics and composition Maze in the mirror - Produced by beomgyu (it's his song) and Slow rabbit and written by ot5 Fairy of shampoo - Yeonjun wrote his rap part. Sweat - The song playing in the practice room in the eternally mv. It's a hidden secret track only for moas it's kinda hard to find lmao. Written mostly by Taehyun but the other members wrote the rest. Their F2020 cover - All the korean parts were written by the members. They wrote their own parts. Ghosting - Lyrics and composition by Taehyun and Soobin Wishlist - Lyrics and composition by Yeonjun Taehyun and Hueningkai. They're very open about making music and what it takes for a song to be selected for an album. Beomgyu has a studio where all 5 of them work on music. There's a live where Taehyun talks about his mixtape that he's working on. You should also read their weverse magazine interviews i think.

yes you're reacting to 20cm. Normally when I suggest this song to new MOA, I dont tell the genre because with TXT we cannot mold them or categorize their song into specific genre. Every new album they always introduce us to a new sound/genre.
