Mexican drug cartels planting explosives along the Texas border

Authorities have issued an urgent warning for travelers crossing the border between the United States and Mexico, as cartel members have reportedly been placing explosives along roadways in Tamaulipas.
Officials from both countries are now urging caution. Residents in Tamaulipas, just across the border from Brownsville, were alerted to the threat Sunday. A flyer, posted in Spanish, shows photos of the explosives and reads, "don't touch, don't move, don't manipulate."
