My Second Training on my Birthday, early morning on August 27.
The WOD Cindy's Cousin is a Workout created by Athlete Jacob Heppner who posted a demo of this workout to his KZbin channel on December 21, 2019, with the caption “Got 20 Minutes or Less? No Equipment? THE PERFECT WORKOUT!” And it truly is!
He said he based the workout on Cindy, but because he didn’t have a pull-up bar, he changed the workout to include Burpees.
I did a 5 minutes version today.
AMRAP in 5 minutes
5 Burpees
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats
I completed 3 Rounds of this WOD.
