The internet is saturated with trillions of videos. I have watched Wode Maya for several years. This video and that of the Himba people of Namibia tops them all. I retired a few months ago from teaching,, cultures of Africa, anthropology and sociology after more than 30 years. This video would have been a must for my students to watch. This video challenges virtually all our Western dominant assumptions about the meaning of life; wealth, good hair, food, factors of good health, aesthetics, gender and marriage, happiness, the hygiene hypothesis, significance of culture, definitions of beauty, music and dance etc. etc.

@MOODY DOODY Actually you are so wrong and deluded. Africans taken during the Atlantic slave trade are those in the Caribbean, especially Jamaica and in the America's and Europe. We don't need people like you continuing to sow a seed of hate and wickedness when we are all trying to encourage, empower, inspire, edify and educate each other. As a microbiology student here in the US I was curious to find out more and wow I’m impressed . I just read on ncbi about how cow urine is pivotal in anti-microbial activity . There have been several studies and research on the safe benefits of other products from cows . Our ancestors got it and they think Africa’s dead 😭 Copied from ncbi 👇🏽 Various studies have found good antimicrobial activity of cow’s urine (CU) comparable with standard drugs such as ofloxacin, cefpodoxime, and gentamycin, against a vast number of pathogenic bacteria, more so against Gram-positive than negative bacteria. Interestingly antimicrobial activity has also been found against some resistant strains such as multidrug-resistant (MDR) Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae For those of you who don’t know what ncbi is NCBI is national center for biotechnology, a part of the United States National Library of Medicine (NLM), a branch of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). It is approved and funded by the government of the United States.
