Tyler did do an acoustic version of this song in my opinion Hans will never compare to Tyler's vocals in W,IM not that it matters anymore that they are gone and ISSUES is growing but i saw Hans with W,IM live and he got way to much shit by fans they put on an amazing show

FallingInReverse1246 The fact that they both did one is why I said Hance's voice fits it way better. If only one of them had done one then that sentence wouldn't make sense aha As for your opinion, to each his own. I like Tyler in the original, but Hance better in the acoustic.

Over all, Tyler Carter does have a better voice, but Hance's voice just suits this song so wonderfully. Hance also has a great voice and shouldn't be getting hate, strictly because he's not Tyler Carter. Personally, I like Hance's version much more than Tyler's. Stop hating on a great vocalist just because he is not the same great vocalist you're used to.

I don't wanna sound rude to metal or hardcore rock fans but cmon that's a good song how can people like music with alot of screams , if they did more songs like that they would be much more recognized.
@xSakachix9 жыл бұрын
Marcelo Bastos I understand your point and it's a valid reason. I just don't think that's how they want the band to be. Most people who listen to screams and growls just simply have the taste for it, because for some, it helps get out some aggression and 'shit' they might have going on. It's just to release frustration and for many, it's nice hearing that from time to time, especially when someone can put a technique into it. But that's a really taste-based thing, so not everyone likes it, and I agree, if they have the range to be able to make music like this as well as the one they feel for; they should! Variety is nice. Please don't take this in any rude manner or criticism, I just wanted to try and explain to you at least what I feel, though it's a VERY subjective thing which might be different for everyone who listens to metal.
@daeshawn429 жыл бұрын
C'mon now, dude. you're seriously asking how people can like something just because you don't like it. Screaming and growling has been in music since before I was born. Sure if they made more music like this, they would've been more recognized but I don't think they were making music for the masses or they would've been a pop band.
@guitarbfmv169 жыл бұрын
+Marcelo Bastos You make a very valid point my friend. And I most definitely respect your opinion because you had the decency to comment without downing anyone or putting anyone or anyone's videos down. You jut gave us a respectful opinion. That's rare, and I believe I speak for everyone on youtube (who has respect for people and has at least some intelligence/tolerance) by saying that we appreciate it. Keep that shit up because we need more people like you.
@guitarbfmv169 жыл бұрын
And to answer your question: Yes, this band does a ton a screaming and loud guitar riffs, and maybe even a ball crushing breakdown or two, but some people people are just programmed differently. I don't know who you are as a person at all, but it's obvious that you like the clean vocals over the screams. But a lot of people, like myself, like the scream vocals (i like clean vocals as well) simply because sometimes you can't always feel how the vocalist is feeling when he or she is just simply singing. Alot of the time people like myself can get more feeling out of a song and can relate to a song more through the screams. Personally, I'd rather hear a vocalist scream angrily, for example, if he or she was talking about being cheated on or whatnot rather than them sing about how angry they are about the same situation. That may be something you can never understand but that's ok too. Enjoy whatever kind of music you want haha. Lastly, yes, they would probably be more popular if they sang instead of screamed, but if they are contempt where they are at the music industry then fuck it haha. Peace bro.

I hate how Rise always kinda kills the acoustic vibe in their "acoustic" tracks they put out by their bands by over producing the shit out of it. This song is played and sung well and I like the added instruments in the back but that vocal filter makes it sound so robotic at times. An acoustic version of a song is supposed to be a songs rawest form in my opinion.
